Cardio, Strength & Stretch

CARDIO features different exercise genres weekly, from cardio kickboxing and African dance to Zumba® and boot camp, be ready for a challenging and fun workout to help burn calories. STRENGTH uses bodyweight and dumbbells to build muscular endurance. This segment also concentrates on our core region, which is often weak and leads to poor posture, as well as back, hip and knee pain. Finally, STRETCH focuses on joint flexibility and muscle mobility. Class is for ALL fitness levels; modifications are always demonstrated. Bring a mat, dumbbells, towel and water. Get ready for a M.A.J.E.S.T.I.C. Workout!

This class is taught by a dynamic duo and will electrify all ages. It will include aerial dance, developing balancing, building streghth and ensuring trust in a safe environment. This class is complimentarly paired as a collaboration with West African dance and designed to develop acrobatic feats of skill and artistry.

This class guides you through movement that develops strength, flexibility, and develop the connection between, body, mind & breath. Deepen your understanding of the postures & basic alignment in the body, breathing, and relaxation techniques.

Moving from the premise that the self cannot be broken, and resisting the capitalist notion that we must always be improving ourselves – this class asks us to sit with the challenge – exactly as it is.
